Hello, and welcome to my website! I’m Associate Broker PJ Selby, and I represent Maricopa and North Pinal counties’ buyers and sellers of real estate at Arizona Gateway Real Estate.
As a REALTOR®, I hold NAR designations as GRI, SRES®, SFR®, SRS, and MRP®. As a specialist for military relocations, I also have my Military and Veteran Housing Certificate from VAREP.
Every year, I exceed my renewal requirements for each designation, all in the interest of ensuring that my knowledge of the industry and market is current. I grew up on the west side of town since 1973 as the daughter of a career Air Force/Army family, then moved to Chandler in 1991, where I raised my family.
We recently relocated to Mesa and now call this our “forever hometown.” I began my career over 25 years ago in sales in the building retail and wholesale community before getting into real estate full-time in 2009, dealing with short sales, becoming an investor, and becoming an associate broker in 2018.
