As an associate broker of Manara Properties, LLC, I bring over two decades of experience and passion to the real estate industry. My career began in the building materials sector, where I gained a deep understanding of construction and property potential. This expertise now serves as the foundation of my work in helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Certified as an Associate Broker, Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and VA & Military Real Estate Specialist (VAMRES), I am equipped to assist clients with a wide range of real estate needs. 

My specialties include supporting first-time homebuyers, navigating short sales and foreclosures, and guiding seniors through property transitions as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Outside of my professional life, I find immense joy in my personal roles as a wife, mother, grandmother, and pet mom. Married to my soulmate, Marv Selby, I am proud to be the mom of two Army veterans and Oma to eight incredible grandchildren. 

Together, we enjoy the Arizona lifestyle, which I lovingly call “shoveling sunshine.” I also cherish exploring unique antiques and spending quality time with family and friends. Beyond real estate, I am deeply committed to my nonprofit organization, Dream Seeker Homes, which is focused on providing affordable housing solutions for veterans. Whether supporting my clients or contributing to my community, I strive to make a meaningful impact in every aspect of my work and life.
